yes noticed that but looking at social media comments on their help page, people can log in but many are like me and cannot make payments out so are being told to phone instead (and are then having long waits). I am wondering if it is because you need the app to do the "put yourself in the picture" to authorise some payments that could also be be affected as that needs the app to do so. luckily the payment is not urgent so will wait until they sort themselves out as not in the mood to wait a call queue for over an hour as some have claimed to be doing.eskbanker said:They recognise the app outage but claim that the online banking is OK:https://www.natwest.com/service-status.htmlMobile App

I wasnt able to do any transfers over the weekend as it said for 3 days I had reached my transfer limit and I should try after 1830, I tried for 3 days.0

That's a different issue from an unplanned temporary technical outage - yours relates to the fact that limits are (deliberately) applied per banking day, and effectively Friday 18:30 to Monday 18:30 is treated as one banking day.moneytorques said:I wasnt able to do any transfers over the weekend as it said for 3 days I had reached my transfer limit and I should try after 1830, I tried for 3 days.0 -
They aren't actually the same bank so will run on separate instances on the same underlying group systems.sausage_time said:Odd that it is NatWest but RBS is (was) OK!
