While this is now resolved (well done by the way), for future reference a legal mechanism does exist to achieve this and it is called a Norwich Pharmacal Order, which obliges a third party that is not the subject of proceedings to disclose relevant information that they hold.  Evri would be the third party in this case.

I think the cost of obtaining such an order would dwarf the amount being claimed in this case.
