Did an hour's walk to get an old 50p changed, which was threatening to achieve full OAT status, and cleaned a pair of trainers to list for sale, which I'd put in an annoying place to make me do, but had so far just been annoying me 😁

New mobile phone case arrived. This has been an ongoing and frustrating epic, finally resolved thanks to a young colleague in work digging deep through bay of e for me 😊 I will have to look for an opportunity to repay him in some way.

Realised I hadn't actually booked the collection for my tech parcel, so that will be going off tomorrow.

Back to work today, and dealing with the fallout from some interesting things that happened while I was away. Mostly trawling through email.

So not much else done - watering (and remembered to do the trees, but not the fruit bushes), transplanting some of the billion marigolds from the broad bed to fill gaps in the veg plot - they're lovely and cheery and can just be pulled out when the space is needed for other things, and getting three more bags of mulch onto the borders. That's 6 down, 34 to go...

Sprinkler needs moving, there's one more section to do (so many new plants in the borders this is the most effective option, and hopefully won't be needed once I've mulched the damp ground). And then I can go to bed. The dog thinks we should all be in bed already!

@greenbee I agree with the dog.

I found the receipts for items that needed to be returned.

Returned 3 items for refunds, 2 didn't fit, the other had gone off 10 days before the use by date.

Did the bins/watering/post for my parents who are away enjoying a holiday.

Did the rest of the money transfers now it is the 1st working day of the month.

Did many journeys being a taxi for the children.

Listened to a couple of episodes of History's secret heroes with Helena Bonham Carter on BBC sounds.

Finally dropped off box of bits to  CS that had been in car boot for few weeks. Got 2 piles on bedrooom floor to take next, then more decluttering.
Today will hopefully be some admin/decluttering. Also email my friend, which I have been meaning to do for over a week.
