A new 'simply-call' provider www.abroadtel.co.uk is offering 5p per minute calls to UK mobiles.
This is an amazing price - as during the week 10p a minute is the normal cheapest of this type.
The number to dial is UNITED KINGDOM (to mobile) 0844 452 0005 then dial the mobile number you are dialling.
This makes it by far the cheapest way to call mobiles during the week daytimes and evenings, though at weekends it is cheaper to use Call18866 or Call1899.
I have a suspicion this won't last too long.

Hi Martin. There is already a thread posted by me on the 19/6/05 Titled (Very Cheap Landline to Mobile Calls) about this subject.Including the dialling procedure for making these calls.
Perhaps a Moderator could join these threads together.PF.0 -

Have a look at this thread the Orchid Dialler angle has been discussedPF.0 -
I have just emailed Orchid about this and asked them to add a new carrier "0844 452 0005 ## 0044". Then if they can add a new routing info so that numbers beginning 7 (we have to omit the initial 0) could then be setup to use the new carrier.
So, if its possible, then all we do is dial a mobile number but leave the inital "0" off. Example, dialling 07000 000 000 would be dialled as 7000 000 000.
I realise others may have emailed them already but I did mention they may have received other emails concerning this.0 -

As mentioned above, providing you dial the 0844 access number first followed by the mobile number in international format then you will only be charged 5ppm.0 -
