ECP DCB Legal MCOL Claim Form disputed Pay by Phone Transaction

issue date on claim form 31 july 2025. was on my doormat when returned from weekend of sons wedding earlier ths morning
I have not yet responded on MCOL. I just require confirmation that I post AoS now requiring 28 days from date of service to prpare my defence.
I am attempting to redacted my documents now and upload. Trying to let get my 70 yr old brain to prioritise what I need to do immediately - being an extension of time. I can then, hopefully, collate info for defence, cost claim etc. Just trying to follow procedure without messing anything up0 -
You definitely do not post the AOS, you complete it online on MCOL, ideally 5 days after the issue date
Personally I would do the AOS stage on MCOL tomorrow after 4 pm, or Wednesday, definitely before Friday afternoon, though
No paperwork is involved here, everything on MCOL for now, the first post in the defence sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum explains all this, nothing to think about, it's a process
Just attach a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first, adding a short sentence to that reply too
We dont need anything else
Your costs assessment claim is submitted with the Witness statement bundle next year, same with the evidence
Once the AOS is completed later this week, your deadline date is early September, although I would suggest later this month

POC redacted

So the POC shows the alleged breach, so use the standard template only, around 10 paragraphs, lets see your proposed draft of paragraphs 2 & 3
Bearing in mind the allegation, no valid pay by phone transaction, what is the case regarding that allegation ? Think carefully about that part2 -
2 hr free parking which we didnt expect to exceed. Pay by phone transaction required for any overstay of 2 hrs. When realised just over i gave family member a £1 coin to pay for mine. She said it pay by phone, I'll do it as youre a techno phobe!! She said its come back saying no charge owed so we went on our merry way.
When letter of charge came, she also received one so said she would appeal for me.
Appeals were rejected.
Photo/screenshot of message no longer on her phone and as she completed online appeal for, she has no account of the appeal.
There were no visible parking machines to pay on site. Car park has since change to another contract. I managed to locate land owners but appeal to them for cancellation not even acknowledge desite cc to 2 other managers/directors of large retail park developers/owners0 -
Will i need to put anything regarding defence in the initial AoS if asking for futher time. Or just ensure it is done before the end of August.
Ill go onto MCOL later today/tuesday to verify AoS0 -
I will look at the templates, whilst away and know i will write as defendent and not. I, we, daughter etc. Will submit to yourselves once drafted for "approval"
So many thank to you all for help on this1 -
