We have seen a few of these recently on here

So it will be interesting to see if DCB LEGAL file an amended POC , or chicken out earlier than usual

The orginal "Letter of Claim" from DCB Legal (dated 24th April 2025) is signed by Sarah Ensall. Their N180 (which they kindly emailed me a copy of (I assume in the hope they would scare me into settling the supposed invoice!) was not completed by a named person - just DCB Legal.

Under point 3, in the above letter from my local court, would it be worth mentioning any of these points. Just been trawling through the Mazur discusion…… or not bother wasting my time at te present moment. If it did go any further would it be of use mentioning it in my defense?

I dont think that her signing a Letter of Claim means anything, ( I could send you a Letter of Claim. )

If the Money Claim form was signed by her, then the Mazur case applies

Your defence is already written and logged, you wont be changing it unless DCB Legal provide an amended POC

DCB Legal appear to of been busy on my "case" yesterday!

Email sent afternoon to me, where I was copied in to email sent to my local court, with an attachment of amended POC submitted to the court - signed by David Groot!!! I have double checked their copy of original submitted Money Claim form (N1SDT) and this was signed in the "Statement of Truth" box by Sarah Ensall - Claimant's Legal Representative as defined by CPR2.3(1).

30 minutes later email sent to me with a reduced offer to pay at £170 with a 7 day time frame to accept offer (despite an offer of £35 over 3 months to settle, on phone mediation call)😂

Should I post the amended POC. It's a 6 page PDF of very large, print with double line spacing so unsure how best way to post with redacted details.
