in Credit cards
Until recently I have been able to export my Bank of Scotland Mastercard statement
Now the export format has changed and I don't get any values for transactions
The Bank's helpdesk tell me there nothing wrong with their system
Anyone have the same issue or able to suggest a resolution

Not a BOS customer, but curious what format you are exporting to? I use the Halifax website but my BoS account on there gives me the option to export the statement as a CSV or QIF format file.Just tried the CSV and it exports as I would expect, including values for the transactions.1
