Just applied and will switch my Kroo account over.

Can’t believe they don’t need active DD’s to secure the switch bonus.

Can I just double check as well. Having now opened my account, I presume I only have been now (although that’s impossible as I don’t have card details) and the 31st in order to secure ‘this months’ £15 cashback?
Kroo are not part of the Current account switching service.

Co-op terms state you must switch as part of the CASS.

Thank you. Is it possible to open a second chase account and switch that?
Yes, that's easy to do, and is the method regularly mentioned on here.
Awesome. Thanks again for taking the time to help.
Glad to help. If they ask for a debit card number you can give your chase card number.....or specify you don't have a card linked to the account. (Can't remember the options with TSB)

I already have an existing old Spend & Save current account, as well a current account with another bank. Is it possible to switch the 2nd account into TSB to get the switching offer? And could this be in the same log in profile, or would it need a new one?

It did ask for my Chase card number but I didn't put it in as I only opened the 2nd Chase account to switch it.

I've just had a lot of faff with the TSB app - I registered for online banking as part of the account application but had to wait nearly a week for them to post out a verification code to complete the online set up. The verification code didn't work!

I called TSB and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app which then didn't require that posted verification code so I waited days for nothing. Not too impressed at the moment but hopefully it will improve and the reward/cashback will run smoothly.

My topcashback hasn't tracked either so that will be more faff to sort out.

I have received everything but the verification code too, hoping it will be here Monday.

Thanks for the heads up, will try the uninstall etc if I come into any issues

I hope your code works properly when it arrives. It just seems a bit of an archaic process nowadays. I'm not sure if the advisor did something their end before I uninstalled etc. Those security questions where you have to pick 3 and provide answers are even more annoying with someone else waiting on the phone. :)

You already received the £100 while TSB t&c states
    we’ll pay you £100 between 2 and 16 August 2025 ?

EDIT: ah you mean the £5 monthly cashback (which is supposed to be tripled to £15 if you have complied with all the conditions), not the £100 switching reward/bonus

This always happens when they do these offers. Have you received a switching bonus from TSB since October 2022?
If not, then message TSB via the app. Depending on who you get, you may get the £10 credited immediately or they may transfer you to someone in then switching team.

I switched about 4 months ago when they were offering £10 a month cashback, and have noticed that they often pay the cashback (2x£5) in separate payments, albeit usually on the same day.

My advice is to log back in tomorrow, and there's a good chance you'll see the additional £5 payments.

I think I read that they said it would be paid in 2 payments, £5 on one day and £10 the next day. So check if its come through today / this week?
