Thank you for the link, ive looked through and feel a bit more reassured apart from:

With highview and dcb legal I received a letter at the start from them with a camera shot of my car entering and leaving the car park.

I wondered if any others that received discontinuances had also?

All ANPR cases did, which will be the vast majority of cases, seeing as many private parking companies use ANPR cameras observing the entrance and exit
