Please bare with me im highly stressed about all of this and feel like my situation is already beyond salvage, but i received this letter and wonder if it might be one last chance. I have adhd so get really overwhelmed when i'm stressed and am finding it difficult to follow all of the information on this site.

Highview parking taking me to court, already had a mediation phone call, i refused to make an offer. 

The case has since been assigned to a court and they have sent me a General Form of Judgment or Order form, asking for my defence as they did not receive it from the Northhampton court. I have to submit it by 4pm Friday the 23rd May 2025. 

When I originally sent my defence, UnfortunateIy, I hadn't discovered this site intime to benefit from the advice.

I sent my Defence by email to Northampton, it was a mess. I'd handwritten a cobbled together defence on the court form, photographed the pages and sent it as attachments in an email.

Mcol online hadn't registered it as received, when I phoned to chase it up and after resending it several times, I finally learnt that the file i'd sent was too large but luckily i had sent it to two different email addresses I had for them and they found it in the wrong department and accepted it.  

Should I send the original hand written defence or is this an opportunity to submit a fresh defence?

Also please accept my thanks for reading and replying in advance and apologies for spelling and grammar errors, I can't get grammarly to work on here and i'm beyond stressed, dealing with several other difficult situations so the timing of this is a nightmare.

You can't change your defence because a copy was sent by the CNBC to the Claimant.

No. Let's have a look at the court order, please redact any personal detail in it.

I'm sorry if that seemed like a stupid question, i cant see an option on here to upload or attach anything, is this because i have only just joined? Also is it the general form of judgement or order form you want details of or the particulars of claim form? If i know which one i'll edit a photo ready to post when i know how.

You will not get a CCJ. You must send the local court your defence.
