The order you've shown us is from last October saying you haven't sent in your directions questionnaire (lucky because quite often they'll just strike out your defence). Presumably you complied because you then had mediation and your case is now with your local court.

What is the last order you received?

Hi Car1980 thank you for reading and replying. I have looked through all of my paperwork and haven't received any other orders, it's the only letter i've got from the court which looks like that.

Thank you but I dont know how to get off my own isolating thread, when ive tried to leave a comment on the newbies forum it vanishes after i press post.

Ive read loads of the other threads and end up feeling overwhelmed.

My Defence is a hand written mess, Im not comfortable posting that on here.

What we always advise (and what @Coupon-mad is saying) is read other threads, not just stick to your own.  You still come back to your thread if you want to ask further advice once you have read something for which you seek clarification.  You don't post on other people's threads nor on the NEWBIE sticky.  You could type out your defence using your hand written notes as a guide; that way you can receive more bespoke advice.  We are here to help.

The case has since been assigned to a court and they have sent me a General Form of Judgment or Order form, asking for my defence as they did not receive it from the Northhampton court. I have to submit it by 4pm Friday the 23rd May 2025. 

This is the piece of paper we need to see.

Thank you for your replies, I received two copies of this, one from Stoke on Trent then from the CNBC. There are no contact details or guidance on how or where to send my defence.

Not brilliantly phrased. Asks for a copy, but then states it's been struck out. So presumably it's inadequate.

I'd file a fresh one using the usual template.

Finding an email is stupidly tough. Best I can come up with is enquiry@telford.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk

I'd ring them on 01782 854000 (civil claims) and ask for their email.

So you email the hearings email at Stoke with a copy. You cannot change your defence now.

Mark the email urgent and refer to that Order.
