CEL have responded to the POPLA appeal with their evidence.
Seems like they're trying to push the point that time of entry is the time parking started. The rest of their evidence is boiler plate text and case references. Interestingly their logs from the payment meter show the times an hour ahead of BST - 11:41 to 12:41. Surely this inaccuracy shouldn't be allowed... also no seconds shown.
If this is converted from whatever timezone they're using to BST then it is 10:41 - 11:41, which means my exit at 11:51 is within the minimum grace period as given by the BPA.
I'll raise the above in my comments. Anything else I should mention?0 -
