Doesn't matter if you lose at POPLA. You'll never pay. And it's not 11 minutes if your banking app has the transaction at 10:41 and you left past the exit at 11.51.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm not sure I follow with "you'll never pay" bit... I don't want letters and debt collectors after me.0 -
10 minutes and 1 second exceeds the 10 minute Grace Period.
BTW the majority of people here will tell you not to pay the charge even if you were two hours over; or if you did not pay for parking at all for that matter.0 -
Kaizen2024 is a known Parking Company shill, don't listen to them.
The Grace period is a MINIMUM 10 minutes, not exactly 10 minutes. Also payment was made for the time the vehicle was parked in a space and CEL are conflating that with the time between entry off the street and exit from the car park
CEL rarely have the correct contracts in place and of all the many people I have helped in the last 3 years with court claims from this company, only two ended up paying and that's because one didn't listen to me and the other went into hospital and their daughter paid the claim.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'2 -

I managed to get the exact time of the payment from my bank.
So I paid at 10:41:52 for 1 hour and left at 11:51:43
10:41:52 from my bank statement, 11:51:43 from the PCN. Paid within the 10 minutes of arrival of 10:36:25 from the PCN as per their T&Cs.
Therefore I'm within the advised grace period of 10 minutes.1 -
Yes but make sure you show an image of the sign and spell out to POPLA that this site mandates a 10 minute consideration period at the start, so it is not a location where the parking period starts as you pass a camera.
POPLA is about evidence so show them the sign and your banking record timing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm afraid you will receive letters. That's how they get people to pay.I'm not sure I follow with "you'll never pay" bit... I don't want letters and debt collectors after me.People who receive letters ignore them.
People who think letters and debt collectors are "after them" cave in.
Debt collectors are ordinary private companies who send threatening letters. They have no powers other than to scare people. Usually by implying they'll magically receive a CCJ and usually by victims not even knowing what a CCJ is and confusing debt collectors with bailiffs.3 -

Rather silly to give people money on the basis of a contract that doesn't clearly imply agreement of such terms.
And 1 second over ten minutes is clearly de minimis, so that's not a goer.2
