looks OK to me............ you could add in a veggie meal once a week, they can be really cheap. Veggie chilli is a good one. Freezes well, too.
Just looked again, not too sure you need both rice and potatoes with monday's meal, maybe just one or the other??0 -
I don't have a plan (due mainly to being so disorganised) but I read a thread last week on the same thing and I found it very insightful. I just love knowing how we all do it, day to day. Hopefully tons of members will join you and I be a nosey-poke.
Actually, am just reading your post above my quick reply here, goodness that's impressive. Out of interest, for those meals alone, how much do you think it will cost?Grocery Challenge M: £450/£425.08 A: £400/£.May -£400/£361 June £380/£230 (pages 18 & 27 explain)0 -

You seem to be doing great!! Keep it up.
TBH, I wouldnt worry about the Sheperds Pie Mix and just add some gravy or or stock cube. I use a tin of baked beans with the mince and is lovely.
Your meal plan sounds lovely.
If you could possibly go shopping in the evening, you may be able to get some yellow stickered items.
Good luck and keep up the good work.
