That's right I believe. My email gave exact dates when these need to be done.
Yep, had a second email with the dates to qualify for the £25 monthly incentive.
Just done my 10 card transaction so will see now on the 19th July.

That's right. The "switch" part can be completed as quickly as you can and you'll get the £100. However, each month of the "stay" part lasts a full month. Even if you get the 2 direct debits, the 10 payments and the £1k credit done in a few days you have to wait the full month to get the £25.

I applied for this on the last date of the offer.  I used the switch as part of the sign up process form and the website suggested it could switch me on the 12th.  The communication was almost non existent and no switch happened, although I received a new card and pin code.  I finally got in touch with them last week via their online messaging system to be told there was not a switch requested....
Now on hold waiting to get through to customer services.
Easily the worst account setup I've come across in years.

I got an email confirmation that I'd completed the online switch form. If you didn't get this, I'm guessing the form didn't submit properly so that's why they're claiming your switch doesn't exist.

Just received an email confirming that I've qualified for the first £25 "stay" payment which I should receive "within the next 7 days".

I'm slightly confused about the exact dates. The first payment covered the period "
between 11/06/2025 and 11/07/2025" while the second will be "between 11/07/2025 and 10/08/2025". I'll wait until tomorrow (12 July) before starting on the second set of actions (mainly the "10 debit card or digital wallet transactions"), just to be on the safe side.

Edit: "Adjustment" credited this afternoon (11 July)

My dates were similarly ambiguous so I waited until the second day before doing the £1000 deposit and the 10 debit card payments. All has worked so far and I've had my first £25 payment. I got a confirmation email once the month had finished.

Do you get an email notification when you have met the qualifying criteria of £1k deposited and x10 transactions to earn the £100? I have done this and not received anything. Presumably you are allowed to withdraw the £1k after depositing?

Yes, I got a confirmation email soon after I'd fulfilled all the criteria, letting me know what I had to do to get the extra £25 monthly payments. But for the subsequent monthly bonuses, you only get a confirmation at the end of the month.

I withdrew the £1000 on the same day it was deposited.

Thanks for the confirmation.  Maybe it's because I have some bank transfers in my x10 transactions. Thought that would be included in the digital wallet transactions, but not really sure what that is!
