I've received a letter yesterday 7th June(dated 4th)  stating that my switch will commence on 4th June and should be completed  by the 12th June.

On my online application  for the swich asked for completion by 10th.

The switch offer was withdrawn  on the 4th so will l be still eligible  for the swich offer?
My understanding from reading through the terms is that as long as you opened your account and requested to switch before they withdrew the offer, then you should be okay as long as you continue to meet all the other requirements. There's nothing that says the switch needs to complete before they withdraw it.
    Ok, thanks.
I'm not actually switching  to a new account it's going into one l already have in use.

Got my email and "adjustment" (£100 increase in the balance) today 10 June. My first "month" starts tomorrow according to the email.

Long delay between applying for the account and the switch, applied 6 May, switch completed 2 June. Finished my 10 debit card payments on Friday but the last ones were pending until late yesterday.

Getting the £25 "stay" payments should be easier. Just got to leave the direct debits alone, pay in £1,000 at some point in the month and make 10 debit card transactions. Spent less than £25 in total on the first lot of 10 debit card payments after the switch, so should be a profit.

Applied for the regular saver a week ago, but haven't heard anything yet.

I had an email which laid out the exact dates. "You have from... to..."

My email is dated 3 June and says "from 2 June" so you might be OK even if you've not got the email yet.

Had my "ADJUSTMENT"  earlier this evening  (17/6/25)  and about 3 hours later an email saying you should get  your £100 in the next 7 days.

So do l just now bung £1000 in for say 24 hours then do 10 card debits?
My direct debits  are now showing on the app but still at zero balance.

That's right I believe. My email gave exact dates when these need to be done.

Anyone had their first £25 payment yet? I got the £100, have already fulfilled the criteria for the first £25 payment, but haven't had any confirmation. Presumably it only gets paid out at the end of the month.

I believe it won't be paid until after the first full "month" is over. For me that's 11 July. You're required to still have 2 direct debits at that point I think.

Sorry - getting confused a little here. When do the 10 debit card transactions have to happen?.  10 per month after the switch - is the market month measured from the date of the switch or is it 10 per calender month?

Switch happened today (19th June)  - haven't done anything yet)

I completed all the initial criteria for the £100 within a couple of weeks, then immediately got an email telling me what i need to do to get the next £25 and what date I need to complete this by. I think the date is counted from when you qualified for the £100, and the next month starts rolling from there.
