Help with Two PCNs on Double Yellow Lines – Blue Badge Was Displayed (Private Land) UK CPM

Remove the two horrific Americanisms:
'curb' and 'windshield' (aaarghhh!)Remove all of this below and attach a copy of the Blue Badge. Make it much much simpler by losing this ('no loss' has no legs anyway):
· Parking occurred after normal working hours and all businesses this road is serving are closed at that time. The car was not obstructing any traffic or loading and unloading.
· The charge is disproportionate and not commercially justifiable
The amount you have charged is not based upon any commercially justifiable loss to your company or the landowner.
Your PCN lacks clarity and appears to be a generic template. Therefore, I request the following:
· A full explanation of the allegation;
· Your photographic evidence of the vehicle;
· A close-up, readable image of the signage you rely upon, clearly showing its content and position as it would have appeared to a driver on the material date.
This is a formal request under the International Parking Community (IPC) Code of Practice and relevant consumer contract law. I expect a full response within the timeframes laid out in your appeal process.None of the above is needed.
But primarily - target complaining to the retail park to get them to cancel the PCNs in your circumstances.
Send the site agents (NOT UKCPM) a formal email complaint this weekend, urgently (one complaint for both, attaching both PCNs with the refs showing) NOT these appeals yet.
You always have 28 days to appeal and you will not be paying a penny, so the 14 days bribe/scaremongering is irrelevant to you.Everyone uses the disabled bays no matter if they have a badge or not.I very much doubt it. Common myth.
People say that but it's usually not the case. Only very rarely people do that at shops. Often the supposedly offending vehicle without a badge is just picking up someone who is disabled, like an elderly shopper. It's really not the problem that the parking industry pretend it is and I won't buy into that myth. Even the Baywatch scheme is non-impartial hearsay and completely misses the fact that people being picked up could well be the disabled person in need.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There was no rush. It's pointless anyway. Appeal is irrelevant. Why aren't you doing the important thing that will get these cancelled?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I will attack plan A day after tomorrow - think I found the landowners company and have the number so will try that day after tomorrow (Bank holiday and all that). Hope that is what you mean by the 'important thing'.
You are probably guessing that English is not my 1st language - again sorry for the two horrific Americanisms.
Again, you are the best and thank you so much.3 -

Hi everyone,
I was hoping someone dealt with these landlords before. : ALPERTON (WHARFSIDE) MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED
I think they own the land but can not find a working phone number or email for them. Does anyone know how i can find more information or contact details for these guys. The parking is in Wembley - Alperton - behind LIDL store.
Please and thanks you so much...
Regards
Danny

Just a point - a Blue Badge IS valid, in terms of the concept that "double yellow lines on the highway allow parking for blue badge holders who display their badge." ie. it is the norm, so the onus is on the landowner to make any deviation from the status quo abundantly clear.
Is the Blue Badge valid on these DYLs, even though it’s private land?
The easiest would have been to use double red lines instead. But at the very least a sign large and clear enough in order to impose a contract with onerous terms - enough to satisfy the "Reasonable Person" standard.They could install traffic lights where red means go if they wanted. But they would be liable for all sorts of bother unless they had the mother of all signs.2 -
