I'm not certain of anything! All I know is they were due to be delivered to our house, and on that day he informed us they were being delivered to him instead. Completly different subject (except both relating to landscaping materials and ownership thereof), but worth noting on this other thread that very different responses were provided by the police in relation to what on the face of it seem to be very similar situations.CTM80 said:

And don't just take stuff thinking you can because you own it.1
