Parking Notice for Learner Driver on Business Park

We have gone through some long periods of stress and worry with these PCN’s and the associated letters threatening to send bailiffs to our house but having read all the supportive advice and direction we feel much better. 

Part of me wants to go to court and challenge these ridiculous charges and claim my loss of earnings etc from them but I now totally get why this forum is here.

Received a N279  'Notice of Discontinuance' from DCB Legal this morning (below)  They were due to pay the County Court Fee tomorrow !
Thanks again for all your help and guidance through what has been quite a torrid year or so. 

We act for the Claimant in the above matter.  

 

Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records.  

 

The attached has also been filed with the Court. 

 

We will now proceed to close our file accordingly.

Yes will do, I had been finishing off my statement to send to the court had they paid for the hearing, so in a way I was a little disappointed to get the discontinuance, with pictures of the original signage and then pictures of the poles where they had been removed ! 

I have tried a few different ways of attaching a copy of the N279 to my post but can't get it to render, any pointers please ?
