Parking Notice for Learner Driver on Business Park

Hi I have read lots of threads within this forum and have benefitted hugely from taking the advice from the excellent subject matter experts.
Cutting a long story short, I took my son onto a private business park when he was learning to drive, on two occasions he never parked in any of the car parks just simply drove for 30 mins on each occasion.
As the registered keeper of the vehicle I received a Parking Notice Charge and have since been dealing with the process of CNBC and the associated mediation.
I now have NoA for Barnsley County Court for a hearing on 19.06.25 and have started to prepare my witness statement.

During the early stages of receiving the letters from CEL and DCBL I received numerous correspondence, including the POC. Unfortunately these papers were disposed of in error and I now have no exact details that I require for my WS.
Could anyone suggest if I can get this information from anywhere, without having to contact the claimants?
Sorry for the long preamble!

Any DCB Legal /CEL thread will show the same POC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you both very much.@Car1980 I have never seen that judgement before and although our circumstances are slightly different, the case does provide clarity as to what is accepted as being ‘parking’.@Coupon-mad although I have read many of threads involving DCB Legal/ CEL I didn’t notice that all the form or words within the POC were the same.2

@Car1980 I have logged on my Government Gateway account and it doesn’t give me an option to access my claim reference number on the section for Money Claim online0

I wrote this just last evening on a very similar thread. I'm afraid the days of taking son/daughter down to the large, empty supermarket car park after hours for a dad/mum basic driving lesson are pretty much over.As a reminder to anyone else thinking about using private car parks to let new drivers learn basic driving skills (as in ye goode olde days of yore), these are now shark infested waters, and you're going to end up having to deal with a £100 parking charge. But the good news for you @Justicejunky99 is that now DCB Legal is involved, there could well be a discontinuation nearer the date of the hearing. Keep going through the required court processes before then. Please read the following thread - first few posts, then some random ones (there's over 500 cases there for you). Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks @Umkomaas we have used this business park for some of our older children and there was never an issue and another business park near by issued us with a PCN but revoked it once we informed them that there was no parking involved.I also didn’t understand why the POC referred to parking instead of trespass? Will read these threads, many thanks1

What does the signage say? What term are they claiming you breached? Was it an ANPR entry/exit site?2

@Car1980 i haven’t got any of the letters I have been sent as they were disposed of by mistake by my wife but the signs say Authorised Parking for Registered Users only
nothing about entry
@ChirpyChicken many thanks I will try that link, I was on the phone waiting for the Country Court for over an hour waiting to ask about the POC but I was cut off after waiting !
