This case moved to Barnsley county court some time ago,  so I would think that its no longer in the MCOL system,  hence the problems in checking there

A DSAR to the DPO at the parking company and the legal company would produce the missing information,  so probably CEL DPO and DCB Legal, court date is in June so get a shift on

Because the claim was shifted ages ago to Barnsley court. Your POC were the same as all 2024 DCB Legal claims.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

"but the signs say Authorised Parking for Registered Users only "

So the contract never disallowed driving. You never parked, so never breached the contract.

Have a Google for Tesco Horizon signs. Note they say "maximum stay".

A SAR to the DPO at the parking company will yield copies of the paperwork,  it's your data,  so email a request under the GDPR law from 7 years ago
  • Brill thank you very much
