Been back to the Business Centre today to take a video of the route through my son drove whilst he was on ‘private’ land and would you believe it the above sign has been removed !!Makes me think they have had some other victim of PCN persecution who has used this signage to vindicate their argument.1

If you mean the parking firm signs are no longer there, it suggests they've been binned off. You should have spoken to some staff in the businesses. Might have learned something useful!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Unfortunately I went after 4pm and there weren’t many people about. It was a massive sign at the main entrance to the site so it begs the question as to why they have taken it down ?I am on with preparing my WS so I will certainly question the legitimacy of the removal of that signage0

I'd return this weekend and ask around and see if anyone is happy to confirm by email to you, how the businesses were affected. You could use it as evidence,PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good call, but would DBCL still be proceeding with my PCN’s at County Court if they had their contract terminated by the Business Park ?0

Although not wainting for a space, the vehicle was not parked, is this of use?
From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"1 -
Thanks @Half_way as you have identified it isn’t the same circumstances as our alleged transgression or does demonstrate the courts views on what constitutes ‘parking’
cheers 👋0 -
