    Had my mediation. They put it up to £250 "but as a goodwill gesture they are willing to accept £220."

    I said no, I will go to court. The mediator tried to get me to make an offer saying I need to be very prepared for court and it might be easier to make an offer. I said "please tell them I will see them in court!"

    Hope I did that right?

    You will find out when your local civil court send you the court order,  probably next year  ( we are not clairvoyant   )

    That date is likely to be in 6 to 12 months,  depending on which court and how busy they are
