Check your MCOL claim history to ensure that its been logged
Ignore the details in the auto email response
Study the 8 steps in the defence template thread to see what happens after the defence is logged3 -
Yes checked and it says I submitted on 4th and it was received on 5th. The court sent me a letter dated 5th.2

Just to confirm, my defence is logged with the court and I have received nothing other than a letter from the court acknowledging my defence was submitted.
Only things logged are my defence and acknowledgement of service.1 -
So all normal for now, regardless of anything else you receive in the post, you are waiting for step 3, an N180 DQ document being posted to you by the CNBC, so by letter post, be it 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months
Ps, it's not a court, its the CNBC in Northampton, no court has been allocated yet, and won't be for a couple of months3 -
This is the letter I got from the court. I don't have a clue who Smart's solicitor is.

Their solicitors are named on the N1SDT claim form that you received, below Smart Parking, so second box down on the form, but it's always DCB LEGAL

Sorry, not feeling well today so just clarifying with you1 -
No it won't, just let it lie until you receive the N180 DQ document letter from the CNBC3
