    Ok, quick question: do I email this to DQ.CNBC, Smart, and DCBL? No legal rep is named on the DQ or the covering letter.

    No picture, but I assume that you have received your N180 DQ document from the CNBC   (not one from DCB Legal)

    If so , DOWNLOAD the pdf e version of the N180 DQ document from the government website,  fill it in and email it as an attachment to the DQ email address in the 8 steps in the defence template thread,  to the CNBC and CC info@ for DCB Legal too, one email,  one attachment,  2 destinations only,  study around step 4, no assumptions 

    Not Smart , not DCBL either,  just the CNBC and to DCB Legal 

    File the paperwork away,  no need for it

    Please edit your thread title to something more suitable like 

    Smart Parking DCB Legal court claim 2025

    Or something similar

    Sorry, yes the N180 DQ from CNBC.

    OK will fill in the downloaded copy and email back to CNBC and cc it to DCB Legal.

    Just to confirm N180 DQ has been filled in as per Coupon-Mad's post and emailed to the DQ email address, and cc'd to DCBL, today. I have received auto replies to confirm receipt. It is due in by close of play, tomorrow.

    Yup, thank you. DCBL just emailed to let me know. As I have had no confirmation of who is involved, I wasn't sure. But thank you. Will send it now.

    Yes I realised that. My bad. Sent to DCB legal.
    Just checked MCOL and my returned DQ is not listed on there. I have an email confirming I sent the email yesterday.
