Thanks for that Soolin. I will check my profile. Could restricting delivery options but buyers off I wonder?
I think it does as it's always bene my opinion, for any selling site, that buyers use price as a deciding factor in buying. I prefer to keep as many options available as I can especially the cheaper options like iNpost locker to locker - but also Evri and Yodel.

I recently went to buy an item but seller only offered RM which is the dearest option, so I bought elsewhere where I could choose Yodel which works well for me here as was marginally cheaper than Evri (just by a few pence).

However I don't think enabling postage options that a seller will struggle to use helps a seller either- so only choose the ones you are happy with and can use easily.

Currently the only option that requires a pre printed label is inpost to home.

I read the article giving tips on how to be successful selling clothing on Vinted, so I set up an account and placed two items, an Armani jacket and a leather biker jacket, including pictures of the items and labels. One sold within minutes; they sent me all the shipping info....then PERMANENTLY blocked my account for fraud. I appealed, and they msg me to say it could take 120 hours to reply (!) and when they did, they started to ask for more pictures of the same times. These are scammers; don't waste your time. Terrible reviews on TrustPilot, so it's surprising MoneySavingExpert hasn't picked up on this, too.
Applying a little common sense here...

A brand new seller with no feedback lists an Armani jacket. Would YOU buy something branded an expensive from someone with no feedback? I certainly wouldn't. Why? Because it's something scammers do - open a new account and list either fakes or stuff they don't actually have.

So I'd actually say well done to Vinted for flagging this up and asking you to authenticate the jacket to make sure you aren't a scammer.

I've bought lots on Vinted and never had a problem. I look for sellers with good feedback, along with clear photos and a good description of the items.
Speaking as a regular buyer I’d run a mile

Vinted seem to be doing very with profits going up quite considerably

I’ve also noted a few extra categories being added with very little announcement meaning more types of items can be listed.

And - the OP's posts breaks MSE rules:

    Active boycotting

We appreciate emotions can run high should you experience poor service from companies, but we cannot accept active calls to boycott organisations as we are unable to verify the service you received.

even though most posters agree that they wouldn't touch expensive listings with no reviews with a bargepole.
The OP hasn't received 'poor service' from Vinted.
