Hurrah! 2Ib off this week!
I had a good week though. Managed to get 2hrs sleep between my nightshifts (doesnt sound alot but its just enough to stop me turning into a stomach on legs!). Sleep deprivation really does fudge up your willpower IMO.
Also had a successful treat day. Instead of my usual MO (plan a treat day, buy multipacks and 'serves 6', make myself feel sick then try and cut back hugely the rest of the week, feeling really deprived by next treat day and.....repeat!), this time I stuck to reasonable sizes and single servings. Then I just ate my regular diet the rest of the week which is clearly what I should keep doing!
Sounds like everyone is having some lovely holidays as well. Hope you are all having/had a good time!

Monday morning weigh in revealed (oh the shame 😑 ) + 3 lbs. Shoot me now.
I've had a week's Annual Leave which has involved brunch, tea, and a hot chocolate with a pain aux raisins but that's not what's caused the weight gain. In between meeting up with friends I have sat at home and stuffed my face: cherry cake, chocolate, crisps, cheese, bread, piccalilli, you name it I've gorged on it.
I've eaten a lorryload of crap. Culminating in a terrible night with indigestion and poor sleep - so now I feel crap too.
I have a choice. Carry on as I am, leave the thread, and put on the weight I lost last year. Or get a grip....

I need to look at tummy exercises. I can see/feel the weight moving from everywhere else, I can feel my hips (just), my jeans are sagging in places... but my tummy is still huge! Im thinking some of it is probably my muscles after having 5 kids so need to work on tightening those I think to help with the tummy.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

@Brambling A small success at last! I have lost the 1/2 lb which I put on in Italy and a further 1/2 lb so -1lb this week. I am just below my starting weight for this quarter. Recording it today in case I put it back on by tomorrow!
Now back to 11 st 11.4 -
A stay the same or maintain at 17 stone 2 for me as of today.
I'm finding it tough to get into eating better and healthier.
Slowly I'm hoping to get there.

Well I am deciding not to weigh in this week, as I somehow am not managing to eat less right.
I am getting more exercise, but the fact that I end up eating dinner around 9pm most evenings is not good for my system.
