Good morning I’ve been away on a cruise for a week but I’m pleased to say I stayed the same probably due to the fact I spent a week rolling around like a bowling ball it wasn’t worth the effort to try and get to the food amazing as it was3

STS - well quarter off.
I'm getting back on track, still having problems with the carbs and my IBS and knees, but have gone back to Ryvita dark rye, (never thought I'd have to eat those again), but better than bread. Bonus is Strawberrys are in full swing now, so am filling my face with them.
Mr Pepper has decided to go on a self-imposed cut-down, no food after a certain time and no snacks when he gets in from work, he did get weighed and said, oh dear.... I asked, does it say, "one at a time please", and the reply was "no coach parties". Will order skinless chicken to cook for him to take to work / home snack which might help.
Well done all who have got weighed.

@Brambling Unfortunately I have to say +2lb this week. I am not sure why really. If I had recorded it yesterday, it would have only been +1.5lb. Will have to try harder for next week.3

Sorry for falling behind this week guys, I have hopefully caught up correctly please shout if I've messed something up
just a half off for me which has set me back to 0, it's been a poor two months 😔 I've a date for my hip replacement for the 17th July so really want to lose something by then 🤞
Izzy sorry the cruise wasn't as expected for you but did you enjoy Norway as it's on my list to visit, a friend flew in earlier in the year as she wanted to see the northern lights and did everything independently

Brambling Norway was absolutely breathtaking we did a trip on the flam railway and we were up in the mountains we had beautiful sunshine rain and a snow shower I have never been anywhere so clean we were in VIK and VOSS and BERGAN we never seen one piece of litter and the scenery was stunning I haven’t let it put me off I am looking now for a cruise next year to 3 different parts it felt so safe I would dare go and travel around by myself and everything is on time when we got on any form of transport it was to the minute they don’t believe in been late or canceling I would highly recommend2

Manged 1lb loss this week - really hoping I can get that last 1.5lbs off before our hols. I haven't been out running much this week due to the awful weather, so I've been making sure I'm eating less than I'm using.
I am starting feeling thinner now and clothes are fitting better :-) just got to keep going!4 -
Good afternoon all,
Weighing in a day early but reporting a loss of 6.9 lbs for May. My aim is 7 lbs a month so I'm roughly on track. Feeling mentally exhausted but not giving up... I CAN and WILL push through this! Recently signed up for the gym and have actually been going lol I go twice a week for an hour and a half and am also in the process of learning how to swim; challenging but I enjoy it so far. Back into the 20 stone mark... maybe if I push harder I can get into 19 for June? Here's to hoping!
