Park Maven Parking ticket, paid £60, then a week later I get a another fine for same offence!

I paid it as soon as it came (maybe foolishly) but I had stayed extra time by about 40 minutes so I was expecting it.
Anyway, about a week later I get another ticket for the same date and time, but with a different reference number!
I have contacted them through the website and not had a response. I chucked the last one away once I got it paid, so although I have got a receipt to my email address, I havent got the other paperwork to show they the fine has been duplicated.
What do I do?

Stop calling it a fine for a start, Parkmaven dont issue them, they issue Parking Charge Notices, pcns, invoices
Go to the BPA AOS members list, look for Parkmaven on the right, use the link to complain about the second charge notice to complain about the saga, adding a copy of the proof of payment3 -
You must use Parkmaven's complaints policy first, BEFORE you can complain to the BPA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have just submitted a complaint to Parkmavens complaints email address as per their complaints process. How long do I wait until I submit BPA?

I raised an appeal (sending receipt and explaining duplication). I raised a payment query on their site. and I emailed to their complaints email address.
I heard nothing back from any of them and today got the follow up letter saying I now have to pay £100 and its too late to appeal.
I dont know if I have the energy for this but I know I can't let them get away with it. How do I resolve it now if they are ignoring me?0 -
Report your concerns with copies of all documents and a brief summary to the BPA AOS compliance team on the BPA website2

What happens when I submit it to BPA, do they help me with it or is it just a complaints place that will just note it down?0 -
