Thanks for that.  I met all the criteria on 11/04 but have had a reward 3 years ago.  I'll see what happens.

grandadgolfer Thnak you for sharing this info. Is the second incentive paid for exactly the same Bank, or within the same banking group (e.g Natwest, Ulster, RBS) ?

I understand in the past people got incentive 3x within a Short duration but they are different banks within the same Natwest banking group.

Thanks for that.  I met all the criteria on 11/04 but have had a reward 3 years ago.  I'll see what happens.

I think that now that it is 15 days since I met the criteria that they don't believe I am eligible for the switch.  Does anyone know if they will contact me to tell me that?

Its having a previous switch offer, not a previous account, that determines if you can get this switch offer. Did you?

There was no switch offer, i opened the account years ago.

So as I understand you can set up a direct debit with PayPal and make at least 2 £2 payments to get the £5 reward as well as paying in the monthly £1250 ? With a use of the app at least once a month Is that correct
