    What is the date for DCB to pay the hearing fee and for the exchange of witness statements?

    What happened when you phoned the local court? You mention phoning the CNBC but they are an admin centre, not the hearing court. The CNBC aren't involved.

    Did you email the hearing court?

    i haved only emailed the hearing court. 3 times. No response
