    Update time!

As expected, all CPM can produce is an agreement to manage to carpark, between Premier Estates and CPM, nothing that gives them authority over my space.

I've spent the last few weeks assembling my court bundle, and have just uploaded it to the court, via a link they provided. My evidence bundle is 150+ pages and 86mb, so was a little too big to email!

BW Legal however, will get a fully printed bundle in the mail.

My argument that my right to park comes from my lease is very clear, and backed up by several pieces of evidence including my lease and lease plan, which honestly should stop the case right there and then.

I'm fully prepared to go to court however, as it seems BW/CPM are determined to see this through, even if it ends badly for them.

Make sure you put in a costs assessment for all the printing (plus attendance costs: loss of leave, travel) and I reckon you'll have to post a hard copy to the court as well because 150 pages is three times what a local court allows electronically.

Don't send anything 'signed for' on a Friday of course!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
