Received a letter from HM Courts & Tribunals Service (Civil National Business Centre) what do i do?

Options
Hi - ive received a letter from HM Courts & Tribunals Service (Civil National Business Centre) regarding me parking in a shop parking bay and not entering my Reg in their shop. Ive ignored all the letters so far, hoping they would cease but it has now escalated to this letter. Can you please advice as to me next best step. Do i pay, ignore or defend? It was dated 4th March and i have 14 days to reply. Many thanks in advance.

You defend,  definitely not pay and not ignore either

Study my reply in the following thread and give us more information please, but don't do anything else yet,  just provide more information

Ok thanks for the reply - let me know if any other info required

If its an N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL,  what is the issue date from the top right of the claim form   Yes its a N1SDT from CNBC issue date: 4 MARCH 2025 Not sure what MCOL means?

Which parking company and which legal company on the left   PARKING COMPANY: PARK SERVICES LTD LEGAL COMPANY: DCB LEGAL LTD

Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first

Presumably its issued against the company and not any individual   NO IT'S ISSUED AGAINST ME

To file an AOS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Having filed an AOS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 7th April 2025 to file a Defence.

I Cant seem to find the AOS guidance info, have looked at the link above but cannot find it. is there a direct link?

There is a direct link in the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
There is only one dropbox file linked from
the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Looks like your other thread has been deleted along with my suggestion that you don't file an AOS just yet.
