Please re-read my post Today at 5:18PM on your thread where I wrote...There is only one dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Looks like your other thread has been deleted along with my suggestion that you don't file an AOS just yet.1 -
Clearly it's I Park Services Ltd
You left your password showing1 -
Redacted Claim Form above.
So after you've done the simple AOS that the NEWBIES thread shows you in pictures how to do, page by page online:In most current defences v DCB Legal claims, paragraph 3 (within the 30 paragraph Template Defence) looks similar to the thread below by @shahib_02 ... just change the incident date:

So understand now ( i think), i will send off the AOS then wait for a reply. Then my defence will be this attached but change the Incident date? is this correct?0

Ive ignored all the letters so far, hoping they would cease but it has now escalated to this letter. Can you please advice as to me next best step. Do i pay, ignore or defend? It was dated 4th March and i have 14 days to reply. Many thanks in advance.
And clearly that's NOT the '30 paragraph template defence' that my advice told you (in bold) to use. But please please don't show us our template defence. You will use it but we don't want to see it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You dont "send off the AOS" , you login to MCOL via the government website and complete the AOS online in mcol, but between day 5 and day 19 following the issue date, so personally I would do it on Monday the 10th, next week0

You use this site on a daily basis, i'm a Newbie and have no clue what i'm looking at and never done this before. Why cant you make it simple and screenshot the 30 paragraph template defence so i know what i'm looking for instead of snarky remarks. You have to realise that Newbies are just that...'NEWBIES' When i click on that link, i cannot find a 30 paragraph template, how about making things easier!!! thanks for help anyway!!0
