You can find it easily.  KeithP advised you where it is, and he gave you a link Today at 5:18PM 

My signature (below every post I make ) also tells everyone where to click to hop back to the pinned Announcements threads in a nanosecond, and what the link looks like on the page.  The Template Defence thread and the NEWBIES FAQs thread are both Announcements, pinned at the top of the forum to be read before posting.

What you're missing is that we deal with newbies a hundred times a day on this board; we know what you need to read and it most certainly isn't a screenshot!  It is vital that you know how to use the forum.  Us producing a magic screenshot like a rabbit out of a hat wouldn't help you at all.

You wouldn't even be able to copy & paste a screenshot. Even worse, you'd have no idea how to find your way around this forum board at the next stages; you'd come back within weeks in a flap, never having read the thread you need to read with the 'first 12 steps' and - even worse than that - you'd be totally unprepared and not expecting any of the first standard forms and letters that we tell everyone about.

We need people to read the Announcements and in turn, you need to read them, to be well-prepared.
