Hi 
Received 2 letters today saying I parked the vehicle on 23/05/2024
and 29/05/2024 but we never received any  letters. The car is registered to Samba Brazil, as director I was not driving the car and I haven’t received any letters  regarding this Parkin 
I can’t record at moment witch  driver was using the car on that days  
I need to dig to know what driver was 

Could you advice?

If its an N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL,  what is the issue date from the top right of the claim form   ?

Which parking company and which legal company on the left   ?

Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first 

Presumably its issued against the company and not any individual   ?

Get the V5c log book out and check that the current details are correct,  unless its leased  ?

So presumably it says Samba UK on the top left, ?   not a person 

You have not mentioned anything about the V5c log book,  if you have it  ( if its not hired or leased  ?   )

I presume that the letter from the CNBC in Northampton is dated 3rd March 2025 

Why do you mention 2 letters   ? There should be one N1SDT claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton,  not 2 letters

From the haphazard detail we have been shown, it looks like there is a Claim issued on 3rd March 2025.

With a Claim Issue Date of 3rd March, you have until Monday 24th March 2025 to file an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS'), but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it. 

To file an AOS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an AOS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 7th April 2025 to file a Defence.

That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the AOS guidance.

Don't miss the deadline for filing an AOS, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

I've used the words 'you' and 'your' above, but everything must be done in the name of the named Defendant.
