Euro parking services - PCN for Not parked correctly within the markings of the bay (HELP)

Dear all,

I received a PCN from euro parking services services £60 *if paid in 14days)for not parking correctly in the bay! Although the tires are just few inches away, my argument is that the markings was not clearly showing plus I was in rush to drop my daughter so they don't miss the national express bus. The parking site is 30mins free for visitors when travelling. The parking location is birmingham coach station. I am going to appeal but will appreciate any thoughts please. It's ridiculous if you look at the state of the parking site it's in poor condition.

Please study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum and appeal as keeper using the blue text appeal template in the first post

    Expect a rejection from EPS

Then ignore after the rejection arrives,  because your arguments will only be listened to by a judge in civil court,  if it ever gets that far , so come back to this thread if you receive a Letter of Claim followed by a court claim against you within the next 6 years

Meanwhile try plan A in the newbies sticky thread,  a complaint about the case to the landowner

Sorry I don't understand why you have included a vote in this you don't need to and it makes little sense.
You have been caught in a greedy parking scam there is already a raft of advice on here in the newbies thread with a first stage appeal.
Appeals are however fruitless as the parking idiots only want money, if you were to appeal as above it will be ignored.
Follow the advice in the newbies thread on here.

Study the advice in this thread about finding private landowners

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6337652/how-to-find-details-of-landowner

The coach company may be of help, but the landowner has the real power, whoever it is

Ok thanks and I should not appeal for the PCN ? So leave it until I get court order?

I said appeal it as keeper,  using the blue text appeal template in that newbies thread in announcements,  rather than the alternative ignore from the get go route route,  but don't expect it to work

So after that is rejected,  do nothing else until the Letter of Claim followed by a court claim stages,  ignoring the powerless debt collectors letters , apart from the advice below

But as I said in the pm, keep trying the cancel route in the manner you described to me, plan A

Other people may say ignore anyway,  as is their perogative as a reply,  the choice is yours,  but the end game is still the same,  plan A  ( or possibly court  )

There's no 'court order' and nothing scary.

You mean a LBC (see the second post of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST).

There is no appeal with an IPC firm.

Sit tight. Do nothing except the below:

By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take are:

    - Tell them if you move house within 6 years.

    - Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.

    - Come back if you get a solicitor's LBC or a Claim Form, as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
