Have a shot at the IAS, it will be at least amusing seeing them try to back their paymasters (the PPC network) in denying your appeal. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well, they would say that, wouldn't they ? You cannot argue with a moronic private parking pirate
Just follow the previous replies and advice3 -
Did the IPC send Stevie Wonder round for their audit?
Let's go to their kangaroo court then (it's free)

I wouldn't be surprised if Will Hurley is reading this and they uphold it now lol

I have written this appeal to IAS, can you guys review it if it's ok to send.
(No marked bays at site)Attached evidence of the site photographs taken on 09/03, There are no MARKED BAYS and no one can see that there any bays defined, simply by looking at them, they are wholly obscured, and are not as one would normally expect to see or indeed as per the illustration of the signage'.Also, looking at the pictures of PCN issued, only one car wheel is slightly over the marking, which the parking operator(EPS )suggests is the demarcation of the alleged 'marked bay', and that my vehicle is not obstructing any other vehicles, nor is not occupying two spaces, as there is plenty of room for a car to still park. Please can you review the revised evidence and cancel the PCN of the alleged infringements of 'not being parked wholly within a bay'.0 -
If the markings are obscured, how can you tell that "only one car wheel is slightly over the marking"?3
-
I would remove this it's admitting you can see marked bays they will automatically reject the appeal just on that! Also, looking at the pictures of PCN issued, only one car wheel is slightly over the marking, which the parking operator(EPS )suggests is the demarcation of the alleged 'marked bay', and that my vehicle is not obstructing any other vehicles, nor is not occupying two spaces, as there is plenty of room for a car to still park

Remember that the IAS will take the side of the parking company in 96% of cases. Presumably only death is a get out.
Don't take them seriously. We only want a case to send to some MPs to demonstrate the absurdity of the IPC and their members
"Dear IAS
Your trade body member "Euro Parking Services" have issued their Parking Charge Notice for the "contravention" of "Not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space."See photos attached. As you can see there are no markings whatsoever. Please don't insult our collective intelligences and try any contortions on this one. I look forward to your cancellation."7 -
Thank you I will submit appeal to IAS and update on progress.2
