Remember that the IAS will take the side of the parking company in 96% of cases. Presumably only death is a get out.

Don't take them seriously. We only want a case to send to some MPs to demonstrate the absurdity of the IPC and their members :D

    "Dear IAS

Your trade body member "Euro Parking Services" have issued their Parking Charge Notice for the "contravention" of "Not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space."

    See photos attached.

As you can see there are no markings whatsoever.

Please don't insult our collective intelligences and try any contortions on this one. I look forward to your cancellation."
That's such a better approach. I hope the OP put that in as the farce of IAS 'appeal'.

Hi all , after submitting appeal to IAS, The operator made the following comments...
Although the marking bays have feint lines, the lines are still visible and the vehicle has crossed over the marked bay.

I have already provided evidence where the marked bays are wholly (Majority) or partially obscured (anyone can barely see it)

    Should I just
REFER THE CASE STRAIGHT TO ARBITRATION?

Please advise. I will upload pics from operator.

There's no arbitration, but yes, bring it on, Let's see what the anonymous and non-impartial self-styled 'adjudicator' kiddie says, shall we? Always good for a laugh.
