Shawbrook agreed to a transfer from CMC into my already existing fixed term Shawbrook ISA. I had to fill in a paper application form which I could submit by email. I sent the email on August 27 and my CMC money was in Shawbrook on September 1. Most impressive turnaround.

My CMC ISA has transferred out and will hopefully arrive in the Shawbrook ISA imminently...
That would make it a 4-working days turnaround for the transfer from CMC > Shawbrook.

I initiated my CMC ISA transfer to Shawbrook last Wednesday evening (3rd) and apart from seeing the account open at Shawbrook end and emailing my transfer form back I’ve heard no more. Was your 4 day turnaround including the weekend ? Or 4 working days ?

My Shawbrook ISA is still showing a zero balance, so I guess it will be 5-working days for the CMC ISA to settle

Shawbrook ISA account is open. 

But I’m only 3 working days into the transfer.
 Did you have any messages from CMC Invest regarding the transfer out ?

Nope no acknowledgement from CMC, just a 'transferred-out' transaction for the full amount.
Shawbrook sent me a message confirming they had received my request and forwarded it to CMC, but nothing since then (last Wednesday).

Shawbrook is now showing the settled amount with todays date - so I lost a days interest, which isn't a big deal as I got to bag the 4.31% rate...
Still no correspondence from either CMC or Shawbrook, but it was a straightforward 5 (working) days from the request.

Thanks for that update 
As you say you’ve got the fix at 4.31% 
CMC rate drops tomorrow to 3.95% 
so I’m hoping my transfer to Shawbrook completes soon
