How funny, I came home to a large parcel today. Completely forgot I did the survey. It was all the CMC invest freebies, and a chilly’s water bottle too.Powapa said:Has anyone who received the survey on the 01/09/2025 had their free items in the post yet? - Chillys water bottle etc.

Surprise early ring of the doorbell to deliver my CMC freebie reward for answering their questionnaire
I won’t show the contents to those awaiting their freebies still. Can’t remember how long the wait was to receive. It’s a good few weeks ago since I completed the feedback questionnaire which I was just emailed as a recent but now past customer of CMC.Thanks CMC!1 -
Yes received my package bright and early this morning also! Good little bottle that I'm happy with.DodgerPot said:

Been having some problems transferring out to CBS for 2 ISAs. With one of them they for some reason sent the payment in 2 instead of the whole balance, and on both have not included the transfer history form for some reason. Anyone else had the same?0

On Saturday I received an email saying -
We just wanted to let you know that your fixed % bonus interest rate for 90 days will come to an end soon. Your account will then continue earning interest at our current standard rate of 3.95% AER (variable)*.
This change will happen automatically – there’s nothing you need to do.
Any idea how many days notice CMC give? And if the 90 days are from when you applied for the account, or when cash was deposited?0 -
I’ve just looked back at my CMC ISA messages (i no longer hold an isa with them)
I remember messaging the question to clarify what you’re asking
The 90 day bonus started from date of account opening not the date my transfer into deposited. So I did lose about a weeks bonus interest from CMC0 -
Okay, my rate changed to 3.95% today. So 3 days notice. Saturday, Sunday, Monday.0
