Online vs Mobile Banking

Hi. Can anyone recommend any banks that still specialise in online banking? i.e. using tools such as a web browser, email, SMS, etc.
I am finding that most mainstream banks are moving towards mobile banking where, their websites don't display properly on a small screen, email / SMS messaging is being replaced by app based push notifications, etc.
I understand that this is the way everything is going but there are still people who can not have, or choose not to have, the facility to use mobile banking.
Thanks in advance.

I don't know if this is relevant at all but I don't use apps because I find I struggle with my eyesight and, my experience with apps, is that you cannot enlarge the print instantly to see it more easily. I used a magnifying glass (as well as my prescription glasses) but gave up as it was much easier to use online banking where it is very easy to enlarge the prin as the display allows this.
If I am out I can use my mobile 'phone but it is always a struggle to read without a magnifying glass so it is much more awkward unless the print can, easily, be enlarged.0 -
My Samsung has a magnifier app built in - other brands probably have similar.
I just tried it on a few banking apps and it worked just great. Here it is on this page as an example.

I do not have much trouble using Santander's online banking with a 24" 1920x1080 screen, which is pretty much standard nowadays. When I have Santander and another window side by side, Sandi can get in the way, but Santander has improved that recently. Unfortunately, webpages seem to be hogging more and more screen, so I will probably have to upgrade to a bigger higher resolution monitor eventually. Using two or even three monitors is now becoming commonplace for people who keep lots of documents open.1

Lloyds website seemed OK when I used it last week (I usually use their app).
Used the chat bot to try to close an account, it wasn't successful (its responses were clear, it's just that I couldn't do it without actions from Lloyds), and it then flagged the chat up to a customer service advisor within not too long, to resolve the issue. It was quite late one evening, so I was impressed by that.0 -
