I do. I give roughly £10-£20 per person.

Mr. M once had an extra job as a Mr. Shifter, they took a load to a pub, and unexpectedly they had to take an upright piano upstairs. The tip was a pork pie. It still rankles 40 years later.

The ones we use are cheap, for removal men, and the money they get is terrible for the job. Tend to give £20 per person. Doing so has also always made the fact the job was a little larger/harder than they thought go away

I didn't but I did make them tea, gave them bottles of water etc.  And at the end there was also a microwave we didn't need so they happily took that.

A cup of tea and a bacon roll was well received, and the cost of a pint.

I didn't for my last and hopefully final move. The move cost over £3k and I was told by the boss that if I left positive reviews and named the movers they would get a bonus so I did that.

Previous move, the moving company were dicks and underestimated the volume of my stuff even though I walked someone through the property. They filled up their van, moved that and left and said I'd need to do the rest myself so they didn't get a tip.

Move before that in 2012, again the company underestimated how much stuff there was and it took the two men allocated to the move an extra three hours, and it was into a maisonette up a lot of stairs in summer. They both got £25 and four beers each.

We tipped ours (they were splendid). I also made them a cake and some biscuits as a thank you present.

My movers were fantastic.  I gave them £20 each, as well as refreshments.

I think I gave them £50 (crew of 4) to go get lunch whilst waiting for access to the new place. They seemed pretty happy with that, but obviously they weren't going to complain about it to my face either.
