I always understood it should be “ folding money” for removal men and that was years ago when a typical tip for anyone else might be 50p. I’ve moved three times in the last 40 years, taking two days each time.. Each time the guys did a fantastic job and DH tipped well, but I’ve no idea how much.0

We tipped ours last year, just a few notes in a card to get a drink or two each (£50). I really don't tip anyone else other than at a restaurant. I just think the nature of the job is worth a tip if they do it well. Ours were just lovely all round.0

When I moved a couple of years ago I didn't even think about tipping. My view of tipping changed when the min wage came about.
