I’ve just contacted dvla I’ve got to write to them as they wouldn’t tell me the reason they gave for obtaining my details, the court won’t rule in their favour surely when there’s cctv proof? I’m not sure what the next steps are, what would you advise? Can they go to court for a ccj without Informing me?

Why not make a complaint to the DVLA that Moorside are misusing your data (obtained by Forecourt Eye for one purpose only which is to identify the driver) and that Moorside are lying about keeper liability. No such law exists outside of private parking. This isn't a parking case.

I never mentioned phoning the DVLA either,  you should not be phoning anyone  !

Sorry I’ve never had this before and I just want it over and done with it’s so stressful, I’m trying to find the post that was suggested I’m not sure if it’s my phone but I can’t find it, are you able to link it here please
