Read the advice regularly given by member Umkomaas who regularly posts about dvla requests

Moorside Legal are not going to change,  it's all part of the expected ping pong process,  a court claim will end this saga one way or the other

Dont believe what the opposition tell you, they are biased and not impartial,  they don't work on your behalf
I’ve just contacted dvla I’ve got to write to them as they wouldn’t tell me the reason they gave for obtaining my details, the court won’t rule in their favour surely when there’s cctv proof? I’m not sure what the next steps are, what would you advise? Can they go to court for a ccj without Informing me?

    OP
Have you contacted DVLA to ascertain what reason(s) they gave when requesting your details?
Erm no I haven’t contacted dvla, would that help if I did? I’m not sure what I would say to the. Or what their contact number is
Why not make a complaint to the DVLA that Moorside are misusing your data (obtained by Forecourt Eye for one purpose only which is to identify the driver) and that Moorside are lying about keeper liability. No such law exists outside of private parking. This isn't a parking case.

Moorside are lying about keeper liability.

Nobody said phone! You already have all the right DVLA complaint emails provided in the fifth post of the NEWBIES thread,

I wasn't commenting on your case or cctv or any possible future court claim or case

I never mentioned phoning the DVLA either,  you should not be phoning anyone  !

I said read the typical response to your query by member Umkomass, where you email the dvla and they reply by post

So one step at a time

Should a court claim occur in the future,  the government business centre will write to you by post, so you definitely will know about it,  thousands of claims are issued per annum, by post,  defendants definitely know about it if the correct name and address are used and they open their letters promptly

Dont get ahead of yourself,  deal with the processes as they happen,  if they happen,  no speculation

If I email dvla how would I word everything correctly also would the email be to the complaints department? Again I haven’t ever done this and I’m a little stressed keep being chased by different companies that don’t listen and lie about laws that don’t exist

The umkomaas advice is also in this thread

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/77638437/#Comment_77638437

    But

You are expected to compose your own enquiries

Ps, I haven't ever been through this too, most people haven't

You came to a free advice forum and have been given the best free advice in response to the issues being raised, so all you can do is run with the responses and gather your evidence etc

It doesn't matter what those companies think, or what Moorside Legal believe

What matters is the outcome if a claim is made

We are all learning from your unusual case  !

You seem to have missed my reply.

I already told you exactly what to put and where to find the email address.
