Why on earth are you ringing them still? Stop!

EMAIL THEM exactly what I said.
I have finally received a response today from shell saying that I had to contact forecourt eye support as the issue is with them and trace so I sent an email explaining and this is their response. Their still pushing that I’m liable because I’m the keeper 🥲 where do I go from here please
    Dear ForecourtEye 'team',

Explain to me the law under which you are claiming keeper liability? I'll be referring your replies to my MP so think carefully,

    Yours sincerely

Late looking again but is anyone else wondering why the response from ForecourtEye  refers to a ticket, are they getting confused over a fuel payment recovery as opposed to a parking ticket.

Good point. I guess they are copying the lucrative MO of parking firms. Might even be connected to one.

Well it hasn’t resolved as forecourt eye are now ignoring all emails and not responding, they’ve now passed it onto Moore side legal that have sent a lovely letter threatening a ccj, I’ve sent over all emails between me, forecourt eye, shell garage and trace debt recovery with the drivers details and explanation and no response as of yet. It’s tiring that not one of them will listen and keep repeating the old keeper liability law

No this is what I keep saying, so I think if it does go to court maybe it’s best and just explain to them? And show all proof. I’m not sure why they think they can keep pushing it or passing it on to other companies I refuse to pay others debts 😅

Finally got a response and it’s not good, I’ve sent all email proof, told them to just take me to court, I’m getting no where with anyone

Have you contacted DVLA to ascertain what reason(s) they gave when requesting your details?

Read the advice regularly given by member Umkomaas who regularly posts about dvla requests

Moorside Legal are not going to change,  it's all part of the expected ping pong process,  a court claim will end this saga one way or the other
