Dying to know how come they added an eye-watering £120 for a consumer to pay when (had it been a B2B contract) the late payments regs cap added fees on small debts to forty quid!
Also wanting to see if they lied about keeper liability.
After all, they are using DVLA data.
There are KADOE rules which in theory should prevent lying about liability and using data for a different purpose that it was bought for, which in this case was ONLY to ask the driver to pay.1 -

Yes, this is what you get when you try to engage with debt collectors who will say literally anything to try and get you to pay.
Just ignore and see if you get a Letter Before Claim from their so-called solicitors.2 -
