Locating the Landowner of a PPC managed site

How do you approach the landowner if there is no information who the landowner is and when you approach the retailers they don't know either.?

Apart from the contract signage there is no other signage pertaining to who owns the land.

This information can be obtained through Land Registry website for a couple of quid. Make sure it's the gov.uk site and enter a post code.

Perhaps the local council have a record of who pays the business rates on that property. A quick visit to their offices, or website, and obtain the info. for free

Looks like it's gone up to £7

Where is this site, it may have come up on here before.

 You could try the name of the retail park combined  with a search for units

It's called Owlerton Green car park and serves only two retail companies 
KFC and Dunkin Donuts.

It's postcode is S6 2BJ in Sheffield

A little research shows articles in the Sheffield Star concerning planning permission to build Dunkin Donuts next to KFC - application from a company called Chicken Villas Ltd in 2024. I think this will be this site but you can research further.  Google is your friend.

Person that pays the business rates isnt necessarily the owner. As a tenant in an industrial unit it was us that had to deal with business rates.

Its definitely NOT the parking company,  definitely not Smart Parking,  or V.C.S either  ( different companies   )
