Cashback credit cards

I am trying to find a credit card that has cashback rewards. Please note I do not mean general cashback on transactions but actual cashback based on their own vendors that are currently offering cashback that you have to enable in the app before spending money. I know that Halifax does this and I also noticed on my Monzo app that they have this too. I want to see a list of all cards that do this but I am unable to find this online.

Is there a list of credit cards that offer this anywhere?

Amex have a list of cashback offers at any one time.  See some recent one on my card below.

Pretty sure BC Platinum has the cashback feature you're after? One where you shop at certain places not just on regular transactions/spending?

Barclaycard offer it via registration only on their Visa branded cards

Registration can conflict with other offers things like Airtime Rewards - e.g. I got 1% cashback via Airtime Rewards rather than the 10% Barclaycard cashback for the same retailer.
