Morning all,
I’m not sure where yesterday went, but I think it was mainly on an admin purge. Final bits tied up this morning for another week. I am finding that actually setting a designated admin day helps me to focus, even if I do spend the first hour or so procrastinating ( procrastination = flying yesterday - upstairs vacuumed, so not a lost cause). My seed potatoes arrived yesterday and I managed to leave sorting them out in the name of Admin, so I have just set them into their egg boxes for chitting. Should the earth ever dry out in the next couple months to enable them to be planted.
DH is loading the car for the tip after a massive declutter of part of his man cave shed. Finally.
Next job is to clean the bathroom, which hopefully will leave the afternoon for something more pleasant in the “craft” aka spare room. Yesterday late afternoon I did delve into some boxes of yet more craft treasures, there is quite a stash. Whoops.
Eltee, you are a flying demon!
Narc0, hopefully the end is in sight re the house. Re slinky, I managed a STS this week. If I had the wherewithal to do exercise classes, I would probably help myself. Procrastination and a very refined tendency towards slothness do me no favours. I managed a short yoga session yesterday morning, every little helps.8 -

Gentle (((hugs))) and GWS wishes to HB x
I have been watching the groups of horses passing along the lane, and it's nice to see that, like me, most of them have had their first haircut of the year
I've done the dailies and caught up with the news. J is coming at 1pm so I think I'll take Rosie out for a walk next.
Catch up later xxx7 -
Afternoon,
SC on, to be boxed up and frozen, reduced mince and peppers to be used up.
Clean washing put away.
Clothing bits DD2 gave me have been tried on and the bits that don't fit put in a bag for charity. Just a shame it seems no shops near me are taking donations.
Now that I'm currently not allowed to drive I've been through the !!!!!! bagged up from the car and got rid of what's not needed.

HB GWS xIt seems from my xray of this week, I did break my heel bone, it has now repaired itself, they can offer no solution to the pain and my slight limp. But has suggested the next time I fall over I need a walking cane / stick / nordic walking poles to help me along!!Kitchen is doneMen here mending the patio door with new microchip cat flap, it seems they are having problems, hopefully they will sort it. 2 cats sat here staring at them. Either way if they cannot fit the new one, they need to put the old one back in until they can sort a solution, it is too cold for a large pane of glass to be missing.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

*Ouch* Kaz. Have you got a local podiatrist who could advise you on how to manage the heel? Thanks for your kind thoughts. I think I've worked out what's causing me to feel so utterly grim, and I've booked a telecon with a GP tomorrow evening, but basically I've lost a week to this.I've forced myself to remove every single items from some of the shelves in my office and dust everything properly. It's a job I've been putting off for years as they're 9' long, and there are eight layers. I started yesterday and threw in the towel after an hour and a half because I felt so grim. Today I've worked my way through the rest of the bottom five shelves which was the toughest part, and have left the top three because I'm knackered. They can wait until tomorrow.Better is good enough.8

WM put on a cleaning washing.
"Office" corner sorted and dusted. Shredding done and shredder emptied 😁
Another bag of collected up stuff has been gone through and 98% rehomed.
DW has been on and emptied.
Dinner made and currently cooking. Extra portions to be boxed up, cooled and frozen.
I doubt I'll do much else this evening and tomorrow morning I go to a mental health group so won't be back til the afternoon

Another day that has gone quickly.
- final 2 lots went on auction so total amount just over £200 minus the costs and commission, so happily more than our target 'breaking even' and a bit more for Mum's bank account.
- Petty points continue but an exchange and completion date might be agreed on tomorrow.
- went to Pilates.
- went to drumming lesson.
- went to Mr T to get Valentine's day provisions; mainly protein....
- spent a couple of hours helping local lady with the English and IT aspects of her NVQ.
- finished writing up the support session I gave on Tuesday and emailed it to student. Emailed another who wants support.
- a bit of flitty tidying.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.8
